I have been with Capella for over six years now. Currently, I am a comprehensive examination/dissertation doctoral advisor for the School of Education. The majority of my professional career has been as a member of higher education and the emerging doctoral advising community. My main academic interests are adult education, academic integrity, the development of a competent Ph.D., advising scholarship, and the world flattening (thank you Mr. Friedman.)
