Suze Orman: Advice for Capella learners and alumni

This summer, Suze Orman,  a 2-time Emmy Award-winning television host, delivered the keynote speech at Capella’s PhD colloquium in Jacksonville, Florida. Orman, who is also a New York Times best-selling author and one of TIME Magazine’s TIME 100, The World’s Most Influential People, shared her thoughts and advice on many topics, including:

·         Taking control of your finances—even while you’re in school
·         Why following through and completing your degree program is critically important
·         Making sacrifices to continue your education

See how Orman’s advice can apply to you. Watch highlights of her presentation.

In conjunction with her presentation, Orman offered members of the Capella community a free Will and Trust Kit, which you can download from her Web site. To download the kit, follow the steps on iGuide

The link to Suzi’s highlights aren’t available.

  2. Capella's Alumni Association Says:

Janet, thank you for your post. The clips are located on a page within iGuide so you’ll have to sign in first. If you are an alum, your learner user name and password will still work, but now you will be in Alumni iGuide (rather than Learner iGuide).
