		<description>Hi Dr. Brown. It seems that Capella has updated the Ph.D. in Information Technology-Security to Ph.D. in Information Assurance and Security. If this is the case, then Information technology is moving towards quality assurance with service, functionality and security as elements to give IT governance the ability to manage and control multiple functional areas within IT.</description>
