Nytimes.com announced that President Obama has appointed Howard Schmidt to be the long awaited Cybersecurity Czar. Schmidt has held a range of high visibility security positions. In a position that has frequently turned over, with most of those leaving citing inability to affect real change as the motivation for moving on, do you think Howard is going to be able to be successful in securing the critical assets and infrastructure of the US?
