Capella has been designated a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education (CAEIAE) by the National Security Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Capella’s information security curriculum meets the NSA Committee on National Security Systems standards 4011, 4013, 4014.
CNSS Certification
The NSA’s Information Assurance Courseware Evaluation (IACE) Review Committee has validated that Capella’s information security curriculum meets the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) National Standards 4011, 4013. What’s frustrating about this is there appears to be no culpability of the companies the hire / retain Epsilon. Moreover, since this data of ours was shared for purely marketing purposes and serves no value to the end consumer – the sting hurts that much more.
Really scary would be if these are the same folks generating the bogus certificates or hacking a CA – lots of legit emails from legit businesses with compromised certificates would certainly spell disaster.
India has called for global coordination to ensure that internet continues to thrive without the fear of its misuse at the London Internatinal Cyber Conference that give the nature of the task and the fact that IT networks can be attacked from anywhere in the world.
