Center of Excellence
Capella has been designated a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education (CAEIAE) by the National Security Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Capella’s information security curriculum meets the NSA Committee on National Security Systems standards 4011, 4013, 4014.
CNSS Certification
The NSA’s Information Assurance Courseware Evaluation (IACE) Review Committee has validated that Capella’s information security curriculum meets the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) National Standards 4011, 4013. Knowing Uncle Sam, they have been using the cloud for many moons prior to this article. I do not see a problem with our FED GOV going cloud. They have many security measures in place such as PKI, VPN, CAC access, on top of 802.1x, EAPOL and Quantum Crypto to name several. Plus segmented networks? I for one am not ‘too’ worried. Botnets, TPM, TC and application layer security is another ball of wax.
