We can then try to troubleshoot what is wrong. There isn't another way to log into the databases. The only way in is by clicking the database name from inside the library's list of databases. When I attempt to login, it will come back with a message saying: "A System Problem has Occurred. We're sorry, your request could not be processed due an internal server error."
