New Technology Reference Books
Posted by Sommer included in Resources, What's New?
We’ve recently added some subject specific encyclopedias to our Gale Virtual Reference Library database. Subject encyclopedias are a great place to go for an overview of a topic and learn the fundamentals and basics. They’re an excellent place to start your research, as they provide a wealth of background information that will help guide your search.
- Cases on Database Technologies and Applications
- E-Supply Chain Technologies and Management
- Handbook of Research on Virtual Workplaces and the New Nature of Business Practice

I was not aware of how helpful the e-books were. As a relatively new student, I had not thoroughly reviewed all of the library resources. The Handbook of Research on Virtual Workplaces and the New Nature of Business Practice is an excellent reference for the paper I currently have to write for my Distance Education class.
With access to all of these resources, I feel like a “kid in a candy shop!” I also wish there were more hours in the day! I wanted to thank you for the comprehensive resources available to students at Capella.
