New Nursing and Health Resources

The library has added an important new database that will benefit learners in Nursing, Public Health, and other Public Service Leadership programs: Ovid Nursing Full Text PLUS.
This database allows “Full text access to 50 peer-reviewed nursing journals plus an additional 14 practitioner oriented publications.” Here’s just a small sampling of titles:
- American Journal of Nursing (AJN)
- Family & Community Health
- Health Care Management Journal
- Journal of Nursing Administration (JONA)
- Nurse Educator
In addition to the new Ovid database, the Capella Library has also purchased subscriptions to the following nursing journals, which are accessible through the ScienceDirect database:
- Nursing Outlook
- Nurse Leader
