ASTD Explores Talent Management

A couple of articles in the free, online version of Learning Executives Magazine published by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) are particularly relevant to Organizational Perspectives readers. In the July 2008 issue, find the article “Tailoring Global Leadership.” This article explores talent management strategies companies need to implement in order to develop leaders who can achieve results in a multinational environment.
