New International Journal Calls for Papers

The International Journal of Sociotechnology and Knowledge Development aims to publish papers that “offer a detailed analysis and discussion on sociotechnical philosophy and practices which underpin successful organizational change thus building a more promising future for today’s societies and organizations.” Suggested topics in the huaman capital management area include: organizational change, performance and quality of working life and HRM issues for innovation and knowledge sharing.     This is really interesting. I wrote a paper on driving change in an online environment that I think would be good to tweak for this :)
