Finances, Markets and the Workplace
With the fall of the Dow Jones yesterday there is a lot of financial uncertainty out there. Many consumers may have originally thought that the economic crisis was strictly surrounding the mortgage industry and are now feeling nervous that there may be much bigger issues on the horizon that will, in some way, impact everyone. As HR professionals, our people often look to us for answers to questions on job security, retirement plans, and other benefits and how the current economic turmoil could negatively impact them. What further can we do to assist people in this tough time?
