It was comforting to see the Business represented in this suvey, but the definition is not compelling.  I would change the word &quot;drive&quot; to &quot;enable,&quot;  or some other term more descriptive of what actually happens.  Can an organization drive itself and build its own culture (culture of what?), or do performance, engagement, and capability happen one person at a time?</description>
