Profile: I am a healthy workplace consultant and advocate. I am also an author of two books "Hope For A Healthy Workplace" & recently released " In Darkness Light Dawns: Exposing Workplace Bullying". I am currently involved in lobbying efforts to have the first workplace bullying law passed in New York. The majority of my career has been in manufacturing in the automotive industry. I am a professional speaker and enjoy presenting in various types of organizations. My goal is to help leaders, managers and employees to create healthier and more positive workplaces.
