Profile: Nancy is currently the Executive Director of Eisai Corporation of North America's Internal Audit Department, and has 20 years of risk based Internal Audit and compliance experience, in the financial services, professional services and health care industries. Prior to joining Eisai in April 2005, Nancy was Associate Director, Internal Audit for KPMG LLP, based in Montvale, New Jersey. Nancy played a role in improving the firm’s governance infrastructure, implementing and staffing the first Compliance and Ethics Hotline and participating in the development of the firm’s Code of Conduct and Compliance and Ethics training. Nancy directed Internal Audits of US operations, and global reviews for independence under Sarbanes Oxley, in Russia, Denmark, Austria, the Bahamas, Canada, France, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Previously at KPMG, Nancy was a Director in the New York City Forensic and Litigation Practice. Ms. Haig is a doctoral candidate at Capella University, School of Business and Technology.
